The Lilacs Exchange is a porch refill service based in Loudoun County, Virginia! Think old-school milkman vibes, but with a sustainable twist!

Here’s how it works:

Step 1: Fill out the intake form. To join The Lilacs Exchange, you’ll fill out a simple form where you can choose which products you’d like refilled! You’ll choose from laundry detergents, dish soaps and all purpose sprays.

Step 2: Get your invoice and delivery date. Within 24-48 hours, you’ll receive an email with your personalized invoice and your scheduled delivery date (chosen based off of your location).

Step 3: Leave your empties out. You’ll receive a text and/or email the day before your next refill day, so you never have to worry about forgetting to put your empties out. On your delivery day, simply set your empty bottles out on your porch. I’ll stop by to collect them and leave your refilled bottles in their place!

Step 4: Reuse, refill, repeat. Your bottles will continue to be refilled and reused, again and again, keeping waste out of landfills and your home stocked with sustainable essentials!
